A Journal Entry: March 2023

This year I’ve been moving through some transitions, endings, beginnings, growths, and experiences of deep community and connection, as well as deep solitude and at times loneliness. What keeps me grounded is a sense of purpose, and a strong gratitude toward my spiritual friends and those who have helped me along my path.

I believe we are here to find connection with ourselves and help each other find peace. We are here to share our joys and sorrows while trying to stay somewhat content and balanced through the ups and downs. We are here to be nourished by the earth, and to give blessings back to the earth in return.

The research studies show that we are happiest when we are helping others become happy — that we are the most connected when we are helping others find connection. I think that’s what I’m here to do. I think that’s what we’re all here to do, in our own unique ways.

“We’re all just walking each other home” — Ram Dass

Thank you for being here, for being alive, for being you.

You are appreciated, you are worthy, you are peace.

Om Shanti.
