This is a partial silent retreat. Here’s the flow:

  • Day 1 (Feb 6): welcome + opening

  • Day 2 (Feb 7): grounding day

  • Day 3 (Feb 8): silence begins in AM

  • Day 4 (Feb 9): silence ends in PM

  • Day 5 (Feb 10): integration day

  • Day 6 (Feb 11): closing circle

On the third + fourth day, the group will be in silence together for 36 hours. During the silence period and throughout the retreat, there will be activities, practices, and free time.

During the silence period, speaking is not prohibited — rather it is reserved for words that need to be spoken. Think of silence as our teacher, giving the mind space to clear out, the heart space to soften, and the spirit space to expand.

By limiting external distractions, we find greater connection and truth. Low technology use is recommended. This retreat is an opportunity to turn down the noise, dive inward, embrace simplicity, bond with nature, and explore your creativity.
