Who is this for?

Yoga teachers who have completed a 200-hour training and are ready for more. Think of this as a bite-sized version of a 300-hour advanced teacher training. We’ll build on the foundation you already have, helping you hone your skills and gain confidence in your voice.

This mentorship is not a place to quietly hide in the back row until you’re handed a certificate. You’ll be actively engaged — teaching, creating workshop outlines, giving and receiving feedback, cultivating a home practice, studying philosophy, and expanding your comfort zone. It’s a safe space to make plenty of mistakes, learn from them, and accelerate your growth.

Why study with me?

Because of my dedication to Yoga. I practice every day. I sit every day. I study with my teachers and mentors every year. I’m always studying the Yoga Sūtras and other sacred texts. I try my best to embody Yoga in the real world. I’m the first to admit that I know nothing — and that’s why I’ll always be a student of this sacred tradition.

I’ve taught over 3,000 hours of Yoga across group classes, private lessons, workshops, teacher trainings, and international retreats. I’ve spent more than 800 hours training with my teachers. What I share isn’t pulled from the internet — it’s rooted in years of dedicated sādhana, svādhyāya, and in-person teaching. My goal is to support you in becoming the impactful teacher you’re meant to be.
